We started rehearsals using the traditional, separate men's and women's scores. Carmina Burana is challenging as it is. The fragmented score felt as if it was adding insult to injury. The new version of the score shows all choral parts and notes solo parts and instrumental parts. It is very much easier to follow and to practice from.

I originally had just the treble voices, which was a challenge because this piece is SATB. Now I can follow all voices, it's a huge help. The size is nice; instead of holding a folder AND the score I'm just going to cover it with black paper and.
