See here for confirmation: Since windows 7 has a large database of drivers built-in, most of the devices on the motherboard may have found compatible drivers in the Win 7 Driver Database, with the exception the on-board graphics. The best option is to upgrade to a dedicated Windows 7 compatible PCI Express graphics card, which you can easily install to bypass the on-board graphics.
