Thanks guys, but I figured it out after 3 hours of trial and error. I do have the FMS data manager but for some reason it never works. I had to do a manual install. See, sometimes with the FMS data manager, it creates a file folder with the new AIRAC updated but it buries it in the PMDG under FSX. I was able to locate it the old folder because its in it was a file called FMC Ident and cycle info. I clicked on it and said 1507, which is what was popping out on all my FMC. I found it odd because it was suppose to be 1510.
So i copy and replaced it with th enew 1511 and its good now. Thank you though.
